Peninsula Seahawks swimmer Jonah Bergerson is racing for state finals today in the 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard backstroke at the WIAA State Championships.
Yesterday in the prelims, Bergerson shattered two school records:
100-yard butterfly: 49.96 (breaking his own record of 51.17 from the league championships three weeks ago).
50-yard freestyle: 21.25 (breaking the 2010 record of 21.36).
