It's time for one of our members' all-time favorite events - THE PLUNGE! This event will be held on at Owen Beach and participants can walk, jog, run, or bike with their Y community and take a dip in the cold waters of the Puget Sound. It's a great way to celebrate the summer and feel completely renewed in mind, body, and spirit.
