Wildside Walk

Harbor Wild Watch

Posted

Join Harbor WildWatch on the 2nd or 4th Saturday of the month for a walk on the wild side! We will gather at 10am beneath the covered pavilion in Skansie Brothers Park before making our way to the Old Ferry Landing. On this guided, half mile, tour you will learn from experienced naturalists about the wonders of the waterfront at four unique stops. This free 40-60 minute tour will include information about the wildlife that makes Gig Harbor worth visiting!

Thanks to the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce Tourism division, new winter programs from Harbor WildWatch are available with the goal of increasing economic activity in Gig Harbor during the slow season. Dock Walks are a new opportunity that Harbor WildWatch offers for residents and tourists alike! These tours will take place in all weather, please dress accordingly. While this program is free, donations are always appreciated; suggested donation of $2 per person, or $5 per family.
