To have someone claim that the No Kings event in Key Center (July 14) shouldn’t be included in the KP News is quite arrogant and disingenuous. Over 400 locals showed up to protest against the Trump Administration that day. If this wasn’t a clear demonstration of “politics is local,” then what is? Thank you for your reply in the August edition of KP News (“Covering the News, KP Style”).
We look forward to more protests in Key Center and Home over the coming months. We the People will not be silenced. Oh, and congratulations to Sen. Deb Krishnadasan (D-26th) who pulled off a win in the primary election even though the majority of her signs on the KP were torn down, taken away, and destroyed.
