Born in Lansing, Michigan, Feb. 5, 1957, Bryan Lancaster died Sept. 29 due to complications from dementia at Cottesmore Life Care in Gig Harbor. He was 67 years old.
Bryan enjoyed working on cars and once owned a service station in the Orting valley. He had a passion for antique cars and was highly proficient at repairing, restoring and hot-rodding them.
He moved to Longbranch in 1991 and was a resident ever since. Neighbors often complimented him on his large and intricate Christmas light displays during the holidays. He enjoyed model railroading and was a real train enthusiast in his free time.
He was very kind and loved his family. He had friends and was well liked by everyone. He was never in a bad mood and always lit up the room wherever he was.
Bryan is survived by his son Thomas Lancaster; mother Janice; sister Denise; three brothers Larry, Tim and Jeff; several nieces and nephews; ex-wife Teresa Hlubik and many other dear friends.
